Pharmaris Canada Inc reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment has been successfully processed. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

Prices shown at checkout are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and fulfillment may be handled by third-party providers, including Amazon and its affiliated logistics partners. Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Pharmaris Canada Inc is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Pharmaris Canada Inc. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales and is released from related claims.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, or transmit malicious code. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

SECTION 15 & 16 – DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmaris Canada Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
