This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Pharmaris Canada Inc, operating from Canada. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon and its logistics partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed by Amazon within 4–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking details are provided by Amazon or its authorized carriers once your order has been shipped. Tracking availability and updates depend on the carrier selected by Amazon.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to Canada and the United States. Shipping availability is subject to applicable regulations and fulfillment constraints.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates provided by Amazon at checkout and may vary based on destination, carrier, and weather conditions. Order processing time prior to shipment is typically 4–5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Canada and the United States are generally not subject to additional customs duties. If any taxes or fees are applied at checkout, they will be clearly displayed before purchase. In the event of an approved refund, any taxes paid will be refunded in full.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses. Undeliverable shipments are handled by Amazon in accordance with their fulfillment policies.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us immediately. In many cases, Amazon may assist directly with investigation and refund processing.

Returns & Shipping
